What you'll do
- Lead academic operations, curriculum development, and program delivery
- Develop and implement academic strategies aligned with organizational goals
- Oversee faculty performance, recruitment, and professional development
- Ensure quality standards in teaching, assessment, and student outcomes
- Monitor academic performance metrics and implement improvements
- Collaborate with stakeholders on program design and accreditation requirements
- Manage academic schedules, policies, and compliance processes
- Drive innovation in teaching methods and learning technologies
- Represent the organization in academic and professional engagements
Requirements
- Experience in academic leadership, education management, or a related role
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to develop and manage academic programs and curricula
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
- Familiarity with educational standards and quality assurance processes
- Advanced degree or equivalent experience preferred
