Position overview

The Supply Chain Data & Analytics team supports strategic supply chain outcomes through data, analytics, reporting, and insights.

The team delivers analytics on the Lighthouse platform for cost optimization, delivery performance, availability, visibility, traceability, and sustainability, and tracks market conditions and risk events.

The Senior Manager leads multiple regular, ad hoc, and project-based analytics deliverables for PVH Supply Chain.

The role works with SDA colleagues, technology teams, supply leadership, and regional and global stakeholders.

Reporting, analytics, and team support

  • Understand key supply chain datasets and systems to build domain knowledge for problem solving.
  • Create and maintain business reports and dashboards, offline and on Lighthouse, to support business needs.
  • Co-manage regional analysts embedded in supply organizations and develop analyst and super-user skills.
  • Identify business use cases with analyst teams and supply chain stakeholders.
  • Help hire, guide, and mentor the India analytics team; provide first-level Lighthouse content support.
  • Advance advanced analytics and data science use cases and help define Databricks processes, use cases, and training.

Strategy and collaboration

  • Contribute to the multiyear supply chain analytics vision and data strategy and identify Lighthouse use cases.
  • Track analytics contributions to strategic priorities and provide insights to support business decisions.
  • Partner with SDA leaders on the analytics capability roadmap and end-to-end data flow.
  • Define globally aligned analytics deliverables with business partners and standardize tools, data hierarchies, methods, metrics, and reporting across brands and regions.
  • Model initiative value, gather and document functional and technical requirements, and contribute to use-case and backlog prioritization.
