Position summary

The Supply Chain Data & Analytics team supports strategic supply-chain outcomes through reporting, analytics, and business insights.

The Senior Manager leads multiple regular, ad hoc, and project-based analytics deliverables from the India-based SDA team.

The role works with SDA colleagues, technology teams, supply-chain leadership, and regional and global stakeholders.

General responsibilities

  • Understand PVH Supply Chain datasets and systems to build domain knowledge for problem solving.
  • Create and maintain business reports and dashboards, including on the Lighthouse analytics platform.
  • Co-manage regional analysts embedded within regional supply organizations and identify business use cases with analysts and stakeholders.
  • Develop analyst and super-user skills through knowledge sharing; help hire, guide, and mentor India SDA analytics resources.
  • Provide first-level support for Lighthouse content and end users.
  • Advance analytics and data-science use cases and help define Databricks processes, use cases, and training for the team.

Strategy and collaboration

  • Contribute to the multiyear vision and data strategy for PVH Supply Chain analytics and identify Lighthouse use cases supporting strategic outcomes.
  • Track analytics contributions to strategic priorities and provide insights, management visibility, and KPI information for data-driven decisions.
  • Partner with SDA leaders and business partners to shape analytics roadmaps and define globally aligned deliverables.
  • Collaborate across brands and regions to standardize tools, data hierarchy, methods, metrics, and reporting; model initiative value.
  • Gather and document functional and technical requirements, and contribute to business-use-case and development-backlog prioritization.

Qualifications and capabilities

  • Technical and analytical experience to lead reporting and analytics deliverables.
  • Ability to understand supply-chain data and systems and apply that knowledge to problem solving.
  • Ability to lead and mentor analysts, collaborate with stakeholders, and turn business needs into analytics use cases.
