Senio Manager, Data and Analytics

Position summary

General responsibilities

• Understand critical supply chain datasets and systems; create and maintain reports and dashboards, including on Lighthouse.
• Co-manage regional embedded analysts and identify business use cases with analysts and supply chain stakeholders.
• Support analyst and super-user skill development; help hire, guide, and mentor India's SDA team.
• Provide first-level Lighthouse content support and advance advanced analytics and data science use cases.
• Help define Databricks processes, use cases, and training for the team.

Strategy and collaboration

• Contribute to the multi-year supply chain analytics vision and data strategy and identify Lighthouse use cases.
• Monitor analytics contributions to strategic priorities and provide data-driven insights to business leaders.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of the analytics environment and the capability roadmap.
• Define globally aligned analytics deliverables and collaborate on reports, metrics, methods, and data hierarchy.
• Model and quantify initiative value and help document functional and technical requirements for business use cases.
