Role overview

Reporting and team leadership

• Lead regular, ad hoc, and project-based reporting and analytics deliverables for supply chain decision-making.
• Create and maintain reports and dashboards using offline methods and Lighthouse.
• Co-manage regional analysts and help hire, guide, and mentor India-based analytics resources.
• Support Lighthouse users and enable skill development and knowledge sharing for analysts and super users.
• Advance advanced analytics and data science use cases.

Strategy and collaboration

• Contribute to the multiyear supply chain analytics vision and data strategy and identify analytics use cases.
• Provide data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions and track analytics contributions to PVH priorities.
• Collaborate with supply chain, technology, product, business analytics, and regional and global stakeholders.
• Help define Databricks processes, use cases, and training for the analytics delivery team.
• Gather and document functional and technical requirements and inform business use-case prioritization.

Requirements

• Technical and analytical experience relevant to leading supply chain reporting and analytics deliverables.
• Ability to work with supply chain datasets and systems to develop domain knowledge for problem solving.
• Ability to collaborate with technology teams, supply chain leadership, and regional and global stakeholders.
• Ability to guide and mentor analytics team members and support analyst skill development.
