🎯 The Role
We are seeking an experienced
Sem Manager
- to lead search engine marketing initiatives, optimize paid search campaigns, and drive qualified traffic and conversions across digital channels.
- The ideal candidate will develop paid search strategies, manage advertising budgets, analyze campaign performance, and continuously optimize campaigns to maximize business results.
- 🚀 Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement search engine marketing (SEM) strategies aligned with organizational objectives and digital growth targets
- Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid search campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising (Bing Ads), and other search advertising networks
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, audience targeting, and bid management to improve campaign performance
- Monitor campaign performance using key performance indicators (KPIs) including click-through rate (CTR), cost per click (CPC), conversion rate, return on ad spend (ROAS), customer acquisition cost (CAC), and return on investment (ROI)
- Collaborate with SEO, content, creative, analytics, product, sales, and marketing teams to develop integrated search marketing strategies
- Manage advertising budgets, bidding strategies, A/B testing, landing page optimization, and campaign experimentation initiatives
- Analyze campaign data, attribution models, customer behavior, and market trends to identify optimization opportunities
- Utilize Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, and other analytics platforms to monitor campaign effectiveness
- Stay informed on search engine advertising updates, platform features, industry trends, and best practices to maintain competitive performance
- Prepare campaign reports, dashboards, forecasts, and strategic recommendations for senior leadership
- ✅ Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field preferred
- Professional certifications such as Google Ads Certification, Microsoft Advertising Certification, Google Analytics Certification, or equivalent are highly advantageous
- 5+ years of experience in SEM, paid search, performance marketing, digital advertising, or growth marketing roles
- 2+ years of experience managing enterprise paid search campaigns, advertising budgets, or digital marketing teams preferred
- Strong understanding of SEM strategy, paid search optimization, keyword bidding, conversion tracking, attribution models, and campaign analytics
- Experience with Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, SEMrush, and other digital marketing platforms
- Strong analytical, quantitative, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication, project management, collaboration, and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to interpret campaign data and translate insights into measurable business growth
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
