The Self Defense Instructor will guide students through structured lessons focused on personal protection, situational awareness, and basic defensive techniques. Classes should be interactive, educational, and appropriate for the students’ age group.

Location: Watsonville, CA
Program Dates: April 14, 2026 – June 4, 2026
Subject: Self Defense
Students: School-age youth
Responsibilities
- Teach basic self-defense techniques and safety strategies .
- Help students build confidence, awareness, and discipline .
- Ensure all activities are safe, structured, and age-appropriate .
- Maintain a positive, respectful learning environment.
- Prepare lesson plans and lead engaging weekly classes.
Qualifications
- Experience in martial arts, self-defense training, or related disciplines (Karate, Taekwondo, Jiu-Jitsu, Krav Maga, etc.) preferred.
- Experience working with children or youth programs is a plus.
- Ability to manage a group of students in an active class setting.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
