Sedimentologist / Geologist

Position: Sedimentologist / Geologist KMR Project Location: Al Khafji, Saudi Arabia Duration: 4 Months Start Date: ASAP Experience: 20+ Years We are seeking an experienced Sedimentologist/Geologist to support the KMR Project.

The candidate will be responsible for sedimentological interpretation, facies analysis, well correlation, stratigraphic studies, and development of conceptual depositional models using well, log, and seismic data.

Construct sedimentological and conceptual depositional models. Interpret depositional environments and facies distributions for reservoir layers. Perform well correlation and field-wide stratigraphic framework development. Analyze wireline log signatures and identify key facies associations. Interpret seismic sections to identify lateral facies variations and depositional trends. Prepare stratigraphic correlation sections and marker tables. Deliver technical reports and presentations. Degree in Geology, Sedimentology, or related discipline. Minimum 20 years of experience in sedimentology, stratigraphy, and reservoir geology. Strong expertise in facies analysis, well correlation, depositional systems, and seismic integration. Previous Middle East oil & gas experience is preferred. Benefit of Working with Visuna?
