Security Team Leader

We are looking for an experienced Security Team Leader to support the opening of Hyatt Place AlUla.

Hyatt Place AlUla represents a significant milestone in Hyatt’s expansion across the region and will feature 215 guestrooms, two food and beverage outlets, meeting space, swimming pool and a fitness center appealing to both leisure and business travelers.

As the Security Team Leader, you’ll supervise the security team and ensure the safety and security of guests, staff, and property.

· Supervise daily security operations and team activities

· Assign duties and coordinate shifts for security staff

· Monitor surveillance systems and conduct regular patrols

· Respond to incidents and support emergency procedures

· Ensure compliance with safety and security regulations

· Prepare incident reports and maintain accurate records

· Previous experience in security operations, preferably in hospitality or large facilities

· Strong leadership and team supervision skills

· Good knowledge of safety and security procedures

· Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively

· Strong attention to detail and reporting skills

· Good communication skills

· Ability to work flexible shifts
