Security Supervisor role with Hilton’s Hotels team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
The role supports hotel safety and guest experience through security operations and team supervision.
Responsibilities
- Patrol interior and exterior hotel premises to identify and address safety and security risks, threats, and undesirable conditions.
- Coordinate responses to fires, medical emergencies, security threats, and other incidents.
- Train, schedule, and supervise Security Guards and Officers, providing guidance and support.
- Conduct preliminary incident investigations, gather information, document findings, and ensure accurate reporting.
- Promote adherence to safety protocols and best practices.
- Step in to perform security officer responsibilities as needed.
