As a Security Supervisor, you will lead and coordinate the team responsible for maintaining safe, welcoming and inclusive neighbourhoods across Holborn, Clerkenwell, Farringdon, Bloomsbury and St Giles. Your leadership will help create a secure environment that enhances the experience of everyone who lives in, works in, or visits this district.

Your duties include (but are not limited to):

Directly manage officers, setting clear targets, standards, and performance expectations

Act as the primary liaison for the client, building strong relationships and ensuring service expectations are met

Produce accurate and timely reports

Provide ongoing staff management and coaching

Engage with internal and external stakeholders

Maintain and update process documentation and the team training matrix

Develop reporting functions to deliver data and insights to the client

Drive achievement across all operational targets, including engagement visits, incident reporting, and compliance with static role requirements

Full in-house training will be provided.
