We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Security Supervisor / CCTV Operator to join our security operations in Dubai.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising security activities on-site while also supporting control room operations, including CCTV monitoring and emergency response coordination.

This role requires strong leadership skills combined with technical knowledge of security systems and control room operations.

Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the security team at hotel sites

Enforce security policies, procedures, and safety standards

Conduct regular risk assessments and identify security vulnerabilities

Train and guide security staff on emergency response and safety procedures

Liaise with management and local authorities when required

Ensure compliance with UAE security laws and hotel standards

Monitor CCTV cameras, alarm systems, and security monitoring tools

Detect and report suspicious activities or incidents in real time

Respond quickly to emergencies including fire, theft, medical situations, and disturbances

Coordinate with security teams and emergency services during incidents

Maintain accurate logs and incident reports

Monitor access control systems and restricted areas
