Job Responsibilities
- Control entry and exit of employees, visitors, contractors, and vehicles.
- Verify identification cards, visitor passes, and access permissions.
- Operate and monitor CCTV cameras, alarm systems, and security equipment.
- Respond to emergencies, incidents, fire alarms, and medical situations.
- Report suspicious activities, security breaches, and safety hazards.
- Maintain daily occurrence books, visitor logs, and incident reports.
- Conduct regular inspections of doors, gates, windows, and restricted areas.
- Provide customer service and assistance to residents, visitors, and staff.
- Follow company security procedures and site instructions at all times.
- 12-hour rotating shifts, including day, mid-day, and night shifts.

- SIRA Card required for Security
