Role Overview
We are seeking a strategic and entrepreneurial **Security Services Company Owner** to lead and expand our operations in Dubai.
This role is ideal for a driven professional with experience in security management, business development, and operational leadership.
You will take full ownership of the company’s growth—overseeing service delivery, managing teams, ensuring compliance, and building a strong client portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish, manage, and scale security service operations
- Develop and implement business growth and client acquisition strategies
- Oversee recruitment, training, and management of security personnel
- Ensure compliance with UAE security regulations and licensing requirements
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
- Manage contracts, service agreements, and operational performance
- Oversee budgeting, cost control, and financial performance
- Introduce modern security technologies and solutions
- Ensure high standards of safety, professionalism, and customer satisfaction
Qualifications & Requirements
- Proven experience in security services, facility management, or related industry
- Strong understanding of UAE security regulations and compliance standards
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Business development and client management experience
- Financial acumen and operational management expertise
- Ability to manage large teams and multi-site operations
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on growth and excellence
