- Plan, coordinate, and oversee security projects from initiation through completion, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.
- Manage and supervise security teams deployed across multiple client sites throughout Qatar.
- Develop and implement comprehensive security plans, protocols, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Conduct regular site assessments, risk evaluations, and security audits to identify vulnerabilities and recommend corrective actions.
- Serve as the primary point of contact with clients, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring high satisfaction levels.
- Coordinate with government authorities, law enforcement, and regulatory bodies as required under Qatar security regulations.
- Monitor project budgets, resource allocation, and manpower scheduling to optimize operational efficiency.
- Prepare and present regular status reports, incident reports, and project updates to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with all Qatar legal and regulatory requirements related to security operations.
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, and training of security personnel to maintain a high-performance team.
- Respond promptly to security incidents, emergencies, and escalations, coordinating the appropriate response.
- Pay: QAR6,000.00 - QAR8,000.00 per month
