Responsibilities
- Oversee daily protection of premises, assets, employees, visitors, and facilities; develop and monitor security policies and procedures.
- Supervise security personnel and plan staffing, schedules, shifts, and duty assignments.
- Conduct inspections, patrols, and risk assessments; monitor access control, CCTV, alarms, and other equipment.
- Manage incidents, investigations, reporting, emergency response, evacuations, and crisis management.
- Ensure policy and safety compliance; conduct briefings, training, and performance evaluations.
- Liaise with management, security providers, emergency services, and stakeholders; monitor resources and prepare reports.
- Identify improvements to security effectiveness, operational efficiency, and workplace safety.
Requirements
- Minimum 5–8 years of relevant experience in security operations, facility security, or risk management.
- Previous experience supervising or managing security personnel and operations.
- Strong knowledge of security procedures, access control, surveillance systems, and incident management.
- Experience in emergency response, risk assessment, and crisis management; understanding of workplace safety, compliance, and operational risk control.
- Strong leadership, decision-making, communication, problem-solving, organizational, reporting, and stakeholder-management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant security management systems; strong written and spoken English.
- A diploma or bachelor's degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, Risk Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline is preferred.
