Security Operations Coordinator, Bell Canada

What You’ll Do

• Monitor and control building access; verify credentials and manage visitor logs Conduct patrols and monitor CCTV and alarm systems Respond to incidents and emergencies; coordinate with emergency services Protect telecom and IT infrastructure Maintain incident reports and documentation Provide front-line support to employees and visitors What You Bring Strong attention to detail and situational awareness Ability to remain calm under pressure Experience with security systems (CCTV, access control) Strong communication and reporting skills Customer-first mindset Understanding of privacy regulations (e.g., PIPEDA) Requirements First Aid & CPR certification Background check and reliability clearance Experience in corporate or infrastructure security (asset) Working Conditions 24/7 shift work (days, nights, weekends, holidays) Combination of desk, control room, and patrol duties Exposure to indoor and outdoor environments Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
