Qualifications
- Graduate degree from a recognized university.
- Minimum 9 years of experience in security services.
- Proven experience in patrolling, surveillance and law enforcement.
- Strong attention to detail and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to conduct risk assessments and incident investigations.
- Knowledge of security policies and regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency in using surveillance equipment and access control systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of the HR team.
- Willingness to travel within plant premises as required.
Responsibilities
- Patrol premises and monitor surveillance equipment.
- Conduct building inspections and guard entry points.
- Verify visitors and manage access control.
- Oversee movement of man and material in line with company policy.
- Perform security risk assessments.
- Supervise incident investigations and prepare reports.
- Ensure compliance with security policies and procedures.
- Liaise with government officials, vendors, and external visitors.
- Provide customer service and support to employees and contract labour.
- Maintain accurate security records and documentation.
