What Will You Do

• Your main duties and responsibilities are:
• Manage entry and exit points, ensuring only authorized personnel and visitors have access to restricted areas.
• Verify identification and credentials of individuals entering the premises.
• Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, and disturbances.
• Take appropriate action to handle incidents such as theft, trespassing, or other security violations.
• Provide first aid or assist during medical emergencies until professional help arrives.
• Maintain detailed records of daily activities, incidents, and security breaches.
• Prepare and submit incident reports to management and law enforcement when necessary.
• Conduct routine inspections to identify potential safety hazards.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements related to security and safety.
• Assist members, their guests and the Artisans by providing directions and information.
• Address inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
• Deter potential security threats through visible presence and vigilance.
• Coordinate with local authorities and emergency services when required.
• Assist in investigations of security breaches or criminal activities on the premises.
• **WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR**
• The successful candidate will have the following experience and skills:
• **SIRA License or Certificate**: This is a mandatory requirement for the role.
• **Educational Background**: Candidates should possess a Higher Secondary Education or equivalent.
• **Experience**: A minimum of 2 years of experience in security within the luxury hospitality industry.
• **Communication Skills**: Strong proficiency in English is essential, with additional languages being desirable.
• **First Aid and CPR**: Basic knowledge of first aid and CPR is considered advantageous.
• **Professionalism**: The ability to remain composed and maintain self-control during challenging situations.
• **Customer Service**: A focus on providing excellent service to both employees and members.
• **Social Interaction**: Ability to engage and communicate effectively with people at different social levels and with diverse backgrounds.
• **Personal Responsibility**: A proactive attitude with the ability to think independently, take responsibility for one’s actions, and build effective relationships.
