About This Role
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Security Manager to oversee and manage security operations across our facilities in Dubai. The ideal candidate must hold a valid SIRA certification, possess 2–3 years of relevant experience, and have a valid UAE driving license. This role requires strong leadership skills, operational knowledge, and the ability to ensure a safe and secure environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise daily security operations and personnel
- Ensure compliance with SIRA regulations and UAE security standards
- Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments
- Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and emergency response plans
- Coordinate with law enforcement and regulatory authorities when required
- Monitor CCTV systems and security equipment performance
- Train, schedule, and evaluate security staff
- Prepare incident reports and maintain accurate documentation
- Handle emergencies, incidents, and investigations effectively
Requirements
- SIRA Certification (Mandatory)
- 2–3 years of experience in security management or a similar role
- Valid UAE Driving License (Mandatory)
- Strong knowledge of security protocols and risk management
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and respond to emergencies
- Familiarity with CCTV systems and access control systems
