Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise multiple security sites across Dubai.
- Lead, motivate, and manage security personnel to ensure smooth operations.
- Prepare operational reports, incident reports, and client updates.
- Coordinate manpower deployment, scheduling, and site inspections.
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure service excellence.
- Ensure compliance with SIRA regulations and company policies.
Requirements
- A valid SIRA Security Manager License is mandatory.
- A valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
- Proven experience in security operations and team management.
- Strong problem-solving, reporting, and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle multiple sites and work under pressure.
Pay
- AED 4,000–6,000 per month.
