Job Purpose
To maintain the security and safety of the construction site, employees, visitors, equipment, and company assets by controlling access, monitoring activities, and ensuring compliance with site security procedures and regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and control entry and exit points of the construction site.
- Verify identities of employees, visitors, suppliers, and subcontractors before granting access.
- Conduct regular security patrols across the project site.
- Protect company equipment, materials, vehicles, and facilities from theft or damage.
- Report suspicious activities, incidents, accidents, or security breaches immediately.
- Maintain daily security logs and incident reports.
- Ensure all visitors comply with site HSE and security requirements.
- Coordinate with site management during emergencies and evacuation procedures.
- Monitor CCTV cameras and security systems when applicable.
- Support enforcement of company policies and site regulations.
- Assist in crowd control and traffic management within the site if required.
- Ensure gates, storage areas, and restricted zones remain secure at all times.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Saudi Nationality.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in security services, construction sites, or industrial projects is preferred.
- Good communication skills in Arabic; basic English is preferred.
- Ability to work under pressure and in outdoor environments.
- Physically fit and able to work rotational shifts.
- Basic knowledge of safety and emergency procedures.
- Strong observation and reporting skills.
