Job Responsibilities
- Ensure the safety and security of the apartment building, residents, visitors, and property.
- Monitor entrances, exits, and common areas.
- Conduct regular security patrols and inspections.
- Control visitor access and maintain visitor records.
- Respond promptly to security incidents, emergencies, or suspicious activities.
- Coordinate with management and relevant authorities when required.
- Monitor CCTV systems and report any irregularities.
- Assist residents and visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain daily security logs and incident reports.
Requirements
- Previous experience in security services is preferred.
- Physically fit and able to work flexible shifts.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Strong sense of responsibility, discipline, and professionalism.
- Valid Qatar Driving License is an advantage and highly preferred.
- Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently.
