- The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in security monitoring and possess a valid ***CCTV SIRA Certificate*** is **MANDATORY**.
- The CCTV Operator will be responsible for monitoring the premises, ensuring safety, and reporting any suspicious activities in a timely manner.
- *Key Responsibilities:*
- Operate and monitor CCTV systems in a professional and efficient manner.
- Ensure the security of the premises by patrolling and overseeing surveillance areas.
- Report any suspicious activity, incidents, or violations to the security team and management.
- Maintain detailed logs of all monitoring activities and incidents.
- Ensure the CCTV systems are functioning properly and report any technical issues.
- Work closely with the security team to enforce security protocols and procedures.
- Follow safety protocols and adhere to the company’s security policies at all times.
- *Requirements:*
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Security Guard or CCTV Operator.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to react quickly in high-pressure situations.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of security systems and basic troubleshooting for CCTV equipment.
- Flexible to work shifts, including nights and weekends.
