Job Announcement: General Manager – Security Services

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all aspects of company operations, including security personnel deployment and performance.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to grow the business and improve service quality.
• Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• Oversee client relationships, contracts, and service delivery to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
• Manage budgeting, financial performance, and cost control measures.
• Recruit, train, and supervise management staff and security teams.
• Establish and maintain operational policies and procedures.
• Handle risk management, incident response, and crisis situations effectively.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in the security services industry.
• Proven experience in a senior management or leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of security operations, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage large teams and multiple projects simultaneously.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Security Management, or a related field (preferred).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing large-scale security operations.
• Strong client network and business development experience.
• Professional certifications in security management are an advantage.
