The role supports the customer engagement lifecycle, from presales through implementation, integration, troubleshooting, and post-sales services.
The role works with senior consultants across multiple cybersecurity domains and builds capability toward independently managing projects.
Responsibilities
- Support presales engagements, technical workshops, demonstrations, solution implementation, integration, troubleshooting, and post-sales services.
- Work with senior consultants on customer engagements and develop technical and consulting skills for future independent project management.
Security domains
- The role may provide exposure to Identity and Access Management, data protection, encryption, PKI, key management, cloud security, security operations, and enterprise security solutions.
Education and experience
- A bachelor's degree in computer science, cybersecurity, information technology, engineering, or a related field is required.
- Five years of experience in cybersecurity or IT infrastructure is required.
- Exposure to enterprise security technologies such as IAM, data security, HSM, PKI, KMS, or CLM is stated.
- Experience supporting implementation, integration, or operational activities is required.
- Customer-facing experience is preferred.
Preferred certifications
- Preferred certifications include CompTIA Security+, ISC2 Certified in Cybersecurity (CC), Microsoft SC-900, Microsoft SC-300, AZ-900, Network+, and vendor-specific cybersecurity certifications.
