Education and experience
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, cybersecurity, information technology, engineering, or a related field.
- Five years of experience in cybersecurity or IT infrastructure.
- Exposure to enterprise security technologies such as IAM, data security, HSM, PKI, KMS, or CLM.
- Experience supporting implementation, integration, or operational activities.
- Customer-facing experience is preferred.
- The role suits someone interested in developing toward cybersecurity consulting or solution architecture.
Preferred certifications
- Preferred certifications include CompTIA Security+, ISC2 Certified in Cybersecurity (CC), Microsoft SC-900, Microsoft SC-300, AZ-900, Network+, and vendor-specific cybersecurity certifications.
Responsibilities
- Support customer engagements across the full lifecycle, including presales support and post-sales services.
- Support technical workshops and demonstrations for cybersecurity solutions.
- Implement and integrate security solutions and troubleshoot related issues.
- Work with senior consultants on customer engagements while developing technical and consulting capability.
