- Govern delivery of Managed Security Services across SOC & CTI
- Ensure compliance with SLAs, KPIs, and contractual commitments
- Act as main governance link between client leadership and delivery teams
- Lead service reviews, escalations, and governance forums
- Oversee risks, issues, and performance at a service level (not operations)
- Ensure compliance with policies, controls, and regulatory standards
- Drive service improvement and maturity initiatives
- Experience in Managed Security Services governance
- Strong knowledge of SOC & CTI operating models
- Ability to manage stakeholders at executive level
- Strong risk, compliance, and audit awareness
- Experience handling escalations and decision-making
- Ability to challenge teams constructively without micromanaging
