- Track customer security requests, deadlines, owners, and outstanding items so requests move forward predictably
- Help maintain the Case IQ Trust Center by keeping published security and compliance information current and flagging gaps for review
- Prepare clear customer-facing responses and help route requests for documents such as policies, certifications, and privacy materials
- Learn Case IQ’s products, security practices, and compliance commitments well enough to recognize when a request needs specialist review

- What Success Looks Like
- 30 Days: Complete onboarding and build familiarity with Case IQ’s products, security documentation, compliance commitments, customer assurance process, key stakeholders, and response standards. - 90 Days: Handle routine requests with regular manager review and confidently route complex or non-standard questions to the appropriate subject-matter expert. Maintain accurate status reporting and identify recurring customer questions, content gaps, or process improvements.
- 6 Months: Manage well-defined recurring Customer Assurance tasks with guidance, maintain accurate and current customer-facing security information, and contribute to smoother coordination between Sales and internal subject-matter experts.
- 1 Year: Operate as a reliable Customer Assurance partner for standard requests, keep the response library and Trust Center well organized, and support continuous improvement of the customer security review process while escalating complex matters appropriately.
