Role

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience, including strong hands-on Saviynt development and application onboarding.
• Strong IAM and cloud security knowledge, including experience designing cloud security frameworks.
• Ability to translate complex security requirements into architectural solutions and familiarity with relevant compliance standards.
• 15 years of full-time education is required.

Architecture and development

• Lead end-to-end Saviynt onboarding, development, customization, and enhancement; design reusable enterprise integration patterns.
• Develop and customize workflows, access requests, SoD controls, certification campaigns, templates, analytics, roles, and global configurations.
• Review designs, configurations, code, connectors, workflows, and deployment packages.

Integrations and lifecycle

• Lead integrations with Active Directory, Azure AD, SAP, SAP GRC, ServiceNow, SuccessFactors, Workday, databases, and other applications.
• Design integrations using REST API, SOAP, SCIM, JDBC, JSON, XML, and web services; develop custom Java/API connectors as needed.
• Troubleshoot onboarding, provisioning, reconciliation, workflow, connector, API, SQL, and performance issues.
• Lead upgrades, migrations, impact assessments, testing, deployment, and post-upgrade stabilization.

Leadership and coordination

• Guide developers and mentor junior team members; uphold development, security, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with clients, application owners, business analysts, project managers, and support teams; support release and production deployments.
