What you will do
- Manage an assigned portfolio of trusts and take responsibility for trust management activities and stakeholder coordination.
- Oversee trust cash reconciliations, including populating and reconciling records and resolving discrepancies with servicers and originators.
- Manage trust funding subscription processes and month-end activities to ensure accurate, timely trust administration.
- Calculate cashflow distribution waterfalls and instruct trustees to execute payments in accordance with transaction requirements.
- Maintain and develop financial models, with training and mentoring, and provide general support for trust management operations.
About you
- One to three years of experience in structured financial markets, including at least one year of securitisation trust management experience.
- Experience in financial SPV or trust management and administration, with a strong understanding of trust operations.
- Ability to manage complex transactions and projects involving multiple stakeholders while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- General understanding of legal documentation, particularly operative commercial provisions and transaction requirements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; cashflow modelling experience is an advantage but not essential.
