Key Responsibilities
- Proactively expand into key financial markets in Dubai and the Middle East, accurately targeting and developing relationships with local securities brokers, traders, academics, and high‑net‑worth financial professionals; achieve and exceed talent sign‑up KPIs.
- Provide end‑to‑end empowerment services for onboarded overseas financial talents, including social media management, localized content production, and cross‑border commercial monetization support.
- Screen and identify high‑potential financial talent, with a focus on incubating and building top‑tier financial IPs in Dubai, elevating the platform’s brand awareness and industry influence within the Middle East financial community.
- Deepen long‑term partnerships with premium overseas financial talents, explore diversified cooperation models, and systematically build a stable, high‑quality regional talent resource pool.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of professional experience in finance, securities, or overseas business development, with demonstrable familiarity with the financial industry landscape in Dubai and the broader Middle East. Candidates who already possess an extensive local network of financial contacts are strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to independently drive overseas market development, negotiate business deals, and integrate resources; capable of managing the full cycle of client acquisition, negotiation, and contracting without supervision.
- Deep understanding of new‑media IP incubation and talent monetization strategies. Experience in cross‑border financial resource coordination and localized operations in the Middle East is a significant plus.
- Fluent bilingual proficiency in English and Arabic (both written and spoken) is essential for effective business communication.
- Candidates with established local presence, market knowledge, and professional networks in Saudi Arabia or Dubai are highly valued. Must be goal‑oriented, adaptable to the regional work culture, and resilient under pressure.
