We are seeking a highly motivated Section Manager at Oragadam, Chennai to join our Quality team on a full-time basis.
Major Responsibilities
- Responsible for Generate RMA# for every complaint and issue to the customer at on time.
- Work with CFT to conduct analysis on the customer complaint units.
- Share the findings and propose corrective actions to the internal team. Initial analysis report to be submitted to the customer at on time. Verify the implementation of corrective actions.
- Close the RMA both internally and externally at on time.
Requirements
- Academic/Professional Education B.E Electrical & Electronics with 6+ years of experience in Customer Quality from any manufacturing industry
- Relevant Experience 10+ years of experience in Handling Customer complaints, Analysis on the customer complaint units,
Technical Skills/Knowledge
- 7QC tools, 8D,IPC-610,Knowledge of cables with connectors & Crimping
