Key Responsibilities
- Manage correspondence and handle phone calls.
- Organize meetings, appointments, and prepare agendas.
- Maintain and organize files, records, and documents securely.
- Monitor emails and prepare daily reports.
- Coordinate between departments to ensure smooth workflow.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in secretarial or administrative work.
- Proficiency in computer skills and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Effective communication skills in Arabic; English proficiency is preferred.
- Professional demeanor with the ability to work under pressure.
