Overview
The Secretary is responsible for providing administrative and organizational support to ensure smooth daily operations within the center.
The role includes managing calls, scheduling appointments, handling correspondence, organizing documents, coordinating with departments, and maintaining professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails professionally.
- Organize and manage appointments, meetings, and schedules.
- Prepare official letters, reports, and internal documents.
- Maintain and organize employee and company files.
- Coordinate with different departments regarding operational matters.
- Handle office supplies and administrative requirements.
- Maintain confidentiality of company information and documents.
- Follow up on pending tasks and management requests.
- Assist management / HR with daily administrative tasks.
- Prepare meeting minutes when required.
- Ensure all records and documents are updated and properly archived.
- Perform any other duties assigned by management.
Requirements
- Gender: **Female**.
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business Administration or related field.
- Previous experience in administration or secretarial work preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, Email, Excel, Word).
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Professional appearance and behavior.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and confidentiality.
