Hiring: Secretary / Executive Assistant – Dubai
We are currently looking for a highly professional, well-organized, and proactive Secretary / Executive Assistant to join our team in Dubai.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a strong sense of responsibility, and the flexibility to support operational requirements when needed.
Key Requirements
- Female candidates preferred
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Professional attitude and presentation
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Flexible and responsive to business requirements outside regular office hours when necessary
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Job Responsibilities
- Manage schedules, meetings, and appointments
- Handle calls, emails, and correspondence professionally
- Prepare reports, documents, and presentations
- Coordinate with internal departments and external clients
- Maintain records and filing systems
- Support management with administrative and operational tasks
- Assist with urgent matters when required
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Secretary, Executive Assistant in UAE
- Preferably has 5-7 years of experience in UAE
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Trustworthy, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Able to adapt in a fast-paced work environment
