Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized, professional, and proactive **Secretary** to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, supporting management, and ensuring smooth office operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain schedules, appointments, and meetings for management staff
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally and promptly
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as needed
- Maintain organized filing systems and office records
- Assist with travel arrangements and office logistics
- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients
- Support management with ad hoc administrative tasks as required
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Secretary or Administrative Assistant
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- High level of discretion and confidentiality
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment
