About the role

We are seeking a highly organized and professional Secretary & Administrator to support the Chairman's office.

This is a pivotal role requiring exceptional communication skills, sound judgement, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced executive environment - always with the utmost discretion.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage the Chairman's calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements
  • Handle all incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, and official communications
  • Prepare board meeting agendas, minutes, executive reports, and presentation materials
  • Act as the primary liaison between the Chairman and senior executives, board members, and external stakeholders
  • Oversee office administration including filing, document management, and records maintenance
  • Handle confidential matters with professionalism and strict discretion at all times

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in an executive secretarial or senior administrative role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and ability to handle sensitive information
