Role Overview
We are looking for a practical, hands-on coordinator who can ensure smooth day-to-day operations, manage daily leads generated from Google Ads and Sales Team.
This role is best suited for someone who enjoys handling customers, organizing work, and supporting business growth — not a purely technical marketing role.
Key Responsibilities
Operations & Admin (Primary Focus)
- Manage daily schedules and service coordination
- Prepare basic reports and update internal systems
- Ensure smooth communication between team and clients
Lead Management & Sales Support
- Handle incoming leads (calls, WhatsApp, website inquiries)
- Follow up with customers and convert inquiries into bookings
- Coordinate with technicians and schedule daily jobs
- Maintain customer records and track leads
Basic Marketing Support (Secondary)
- Monitor and manage leads generated from Google Ads campaigns and from Sales Team.
- Track leads generated from ads
- Coordinate with external marketing support (if required)
Requirements
- 1–2 years experience in admin, sales coordination, or customer service
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- Well-organized and able to handle multiple tasks
- Comfortable using spreadsheets and basic tools
- Basic knowledge of Google Ads or digital marketing
