Secondary Sales Manager
About This Role
Aurantius Real Estate (German-owned brokerage) is expanding and looking for a Secondary Sales Manager to lead, build, and drive a high-performing team within Dubai’s competitive real estate market.
This role is for someone who understands the reality of the secondary market, not just in theory, but through real transactions, client interactions, and closings.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage a team of secondary sales agents
• Drive team targets, closings, and revenue performance
• Provide hands-on closing support to agents (negotiation, deal structuring, client handling)
• Source and manage high-quality property listings
• Ensure strong pipeline management through CRM (Bitrix)
• Train, mentor, and develop agents into consistent performers
• Build relationships with clients, investors, and co-brokers
Requirements (Must-Have)
• Proven experience in the Dubai secondary sales market (min 3 years experience)
• Strong closing experience or ability to support the team in closing deals
• Previous team leadership or senior agent experience
• Track record of consistent deals and performance
• Deep understanding of Dubai areas and buyer behaviour
• UAE-based with active market presence
