Who We’re Looking For
- **Minimum 1 year of real estate experience in Dubai is required**
- **RERA Card holders are highly preferred**
- **Ambitious and target-driven professionals** focused on high earnings
- Strong **entrepreneurial mindset** and self-motivation
- **Resilient, confident, and performance-oriented** individuals
- Ability to thrive in a **fast-paced, commission-based environment**
Key Responsibilities
- Source and secure **new property listings** for sale and leasing
- Manage and maintain an active **portfolio of 15–20 listings monthly**
- **Build strong, lasting relationships with property owners and clients**
- **Actively promote listings using all company tools and marketing channels**
- **Ensure daily CRM updates** for leads and property data
- Consistently achieve **monthly KPIs and sales targets**
- **Stay updated with Dubai real estate market trends, pricing, and regulations**
- **Maintain the highest level of professionalism and brand representation**
- **Be flexible and committed to working beyond standard hours when required**
