GI Properties is seeking a motivated and results-driven Secondary Property Consultant to join our growing team in Dubai.
This role is ideal for an experienced Real Estate Agent or Property Consultant with a strong understanding of Dubai's secondary real estate market.
You will manage the full sales cycle, conduct property viewings, build strong client relationships, negotiate deals, and deliver exceptional customer service while achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, investors, and property owners.
- Assist clients with buying, selling, and renting properties within Dubai's secondary market.
- Conduct property viewings and provide professional market insights and property recommendations.
- Manage the full sales cycle from client consultation to successful deal closure.
- Negotiate offers and agreements to achieve successful outcomes for all parties.
- Consistently achieve individual sales targets and performance objectives.
- Stay up to date with Dubai's real estate market trends, pricing, and regulations.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable UAE real estate laws and company policies.
- Deliver an exceptional client experience through outstanding customer service and professionalism.
- Candidate profile
- Proven experience as a Real Estate Sales Agent/Property Consultant within Dubai's secondary market.
- Strong understanding of Dubai's real estate industry and secondary market dynamics.
- Valid UAE driving license.
• Valid UAE Real Estate License
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages are an advantage.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Excellent sales, negotiation, and property management skills.
