About This Role
Overview
- Elysian Real Estate is hiring experienced Secondary Market Brokers specializing in Palm Jumeirah and Dubai Marina.
- Based in our high-visibility Palm Jumeirah office, you’ll operate at the center of the communities you specialize in, positioning you directly in front of owners, buyers, investors, and high-value opportunities.
- Established in Dubai since 2006, Elysian is recognised as one of the top-performing agencies on the Palm, backed by premium positioning on Property Finder and Bayut, strong leadership, continuous training, and a highly collaborative, performance-driven environment.
- This is not a “desk space” brokerage.
- We operate as a tightly managed team focused on long-term broker success, offering opportunities across secondary leasing, secondary sales, and direct access to our strong off-plan division — creating greater earning potential and stronger client retention.
- Your focus:
- Build and manage a strong portfolio of listings within your specialist area
- Conduct property valuations, viewings, and negotiations
- Advise clients on pricing, positioning, and market strategy
- Convert buyer and tenant inquiries into transactions
- Build long-term relationships with homeowners, investors, and repeat clients
- Collaborate closely with secondary and off-plan teams
- Establish yourself as a recognised market specialist within your community
- Maintain strong activity levels, pipeline management, and consistent market presence
Market-Leading Exposure
- Strong positioning on Property Finder & Bayut
- Premium branding, marketing, photography, videography & content support
- Strong inventory access across Palm, Marina & Waterfront communities
- Prime Palm Jumeirah office location with high visibility and footfall
Training, Leadership & Growth
- Daily briefings, market updates, and weekly sales training
- Hands-on management support with ongoing 1:1 coaching
- Exposure to marketing, AI tools, and personal brand development

Flexible Earning Potential

What We Are Looking For
- Proven Dubai real estate experience with a strong understanding of the secondary market
- Knowledge of Palm Jumeirah, Dubai Marina, JBR, or Waterfront communities
- Professional, driven, and relationship-focused
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Comfortable within a structured, performance-led environment
- UAE driving license
