Requirements
- Degree + professional teaching qualification
- Minimum 3 years’ teaching experience (Physics/ Biology roles)
- GCSE and/or IBDP teaching experience preferred
- Strong track record of academic outcomes
- Commitment to CPD, pastoral care, and extracurricular involvement
- Positive, collaborative, and student‑focused
