Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Secondary Marketing Property Consultant based in Dubai.
The role involves sourcing secondary market properties, marketing them effectively to potential buyers and investors, building and maintaining client relationships, and analyzing property market trends to provide competitive insights.
Additional responsibilities include negotiating deals, ensuring accuracy in property documentation, and creating lasting value for clients through exceptional service delivery.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of the real estate market, property valuation, and market trends analysis
- Skills in client relationship management and negotiating with clients
- Proficiency in property listing platforms and marketing tools
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and demonstrate business acumen
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an asset
- Relevant experience in real estate sales or a related field
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related discipline is preferred
