Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Secondary Market Sales role based in Abu Dhabi.
The Secondary Market Sales professional will manage and grow a portfolio of resale real estate assets, focusing on matching qualified investors with secondary market opportunities.
Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting and engaging verified leads, conducting property viewings, preparing and presenting tailored investment proposals, and negotiating offer terms to close high-value transactions.
The role also involves maintaining accurate records in CRM systems and operations teams, and staying informed on market trends, pricing, and regulatory requirements in the UAE and relevant international markets.
The ideal candidate will deliver a high level of client service, nurture long-term relationships, and consistently work toward meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Qualifications
- Strong Sales skills with demonstrated experience in real estate or high-value investment products.
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service abilities, including confident client-facing interaction and clear presentation of complex information.
- Ability to provide Training and guidance to clients and colleagues on market dynamics, processes, and best practices.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
- Solid understanding of real estate market dynamics; experience in the UAE market is a strong advantage.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and basic productivity software for managing leads, pipelines, and documentation.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (such as Arabic, Russian, German, or French) are an asset.
- Eligibility to work on-site in Abu Dhabi and willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends, as needed.
