About The Role

Key Responsibilities

• Manage resale listings across villas, townhouses, plots, and apartments in Dubai.
• Source, secure, and maintain relationships with property owners for resale listings.
• Conduct property valuations, market research, and develop pricing strategies.
• Guide clients through viewings, negotiations, and deal closures.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, investors, and landlords.
• Stay updated on Dubai’s property market trends, communities, and regulations.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and follow up on leads consistently.
• Collaborate with the sales manager and team to achieve monthly targets.
• Represent Ray White professionally, providing high-quality service at all times.

What We’re Looking For

• 2–3 years of experience in Dubai’s resale/secondary property market.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai communities, pricing trends, and resale processes.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
• Proven track record in closing resale deals.
• Currently based in Dubai.
• RERA certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Valid UAE driving license.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and digital marketing platforms.

• Preferred: Arabic, Turkish, Russian, German, Spanish, Italian, Urdu, French, Chinese, Romanian, Polish, Norwegian
