Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years teaching experience
- Minimum 2 years of management experience
- Fluent in English and foreign language: Tagalog
- Salary is negotiable depending on experience

- Instructional Leadership: Lead teaching staff and student activities within your assigned level to ensure a collaborative, high-performance environment.
- Curriculum & Innovation: Support the Academic Director in developing and implementing modern curricula and up-to-date learning methodologies.
- Teacher Mentorship: Act as a hands-on coach, using excellent people management skills to help educators refine their instructional techniques.
- Program Management: Lead the organization of impactful school activities and extracurricular programs with a positive, motivational mindset.
- Operational Excellence: Maintain smooth day-to-day operations through professional communication, reporting, and high health and safety standards.
- Candidate Profile: Requires a Degree in Education, a minimum of 4 years of teaching experience, and strong leadership skills.
