Full-time, on-site Digital Marketing Manager role based in Dubai.
Plans, executes, and optimizes digital marketing initiatives to support brand awareness and business growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage multichannel digital marketing campaigns.
- Oversee social media presence and generate qualified leads through targeted online activities.
- Monitor web and campaign performance, prepare regular reports, and recommend data-driven improvements.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and manage external agencies or freelancers when needed.
- Maintain brand consistency across digital touchpoints and keep current with digital marketing trends and UAE market practices.
Qualifications
- Strong digital marketing skills and experience planning and executing integrated online campaigns.
- Proficiency in social media marketing, including content planning, community management, and platform-specific optimization.
- Demonstrated digital lead generation, prospect nurturing, and conversion improvement ability.
- Experience with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics to track and optimize performance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proven experience in digital marketing management or a similar role; professional services or B2B experience is preferred.
- Strong written and verbal English communication; Arabic is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently on-site in Dubai, manage multiple projects, and collaborate with diverse teams.
- UAE business landscape knowledge and business setup or consulting familiarity are a plus.
