Search Analyst

Role overview

Search delivery

• Conduct market mapping and research to identify target candidates and build longlists.
• Coordinate interviews, pitch calls, and discovery calls across searches.
• Maintain accurate, GDPR-compliant CRM records and documentation.
• Prepare candidate briefs, scorecards, CVs, reports, and call notes.
• Lead candidate outreach, follow-ups, and lifecycle administration, including NDAs, briefs, and feedback.
• Act as a contact for candidates, clients, and internal teams; track mandates and support delivery meetings.
• Provide email and InMail support, diary and travel coordination, and other administrative logistics.

Growth support

• Map VC and PE funds to identify target contacts and maintain robust outreach tracking.
• Support pitch preparation with research and notes, and share market and candidate insights.

Technical skills

• Proficiency in research tools and CRM systems, including LinkedIn, PitchBook, Clockwork, HubSpot, and Google Drive.
• Strong data accuracy, organisation, and documentation skills.
• Ability to manage schedules, reports, and multiple projects simultaneously.
• Working knowledge of GDPR and data management principles.
